ISP arrest three in Knox County manhunt

KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – Indiana State Police arrested three men in a Sunday night incident. According to a press release from the ISP, a trooper attempted to pull over a vehicle for speeding on highway 50 near Bruceville.

Troopers report the vehicle pulled over a short time later and the vehicle’s driver fled on foot. “Two passengers inside the vehicle, Eric Boger, 28, and Kolbie Staley, 22, both of Vincennes were detained,” said the press release.

While searching the vehicle officers reported finding methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. That led to the arrest of Boger and Staley.

“Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies searched the area for approximately three hours before finding the driver nearly two miles away on Summers road,” said the document. Authorities identified that man Shawn Crouse, 29, of Vincennes, as the driver of the vehicle.
