18-year-old arrested for sex crimes against juveniles

PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – An 18-year-old was arrested after an investigation by the Putnam County Department of Child Services and the Indiana State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Officials report Taylor Thornell of Coatesville committed crimes of a sexual nature against juvenile boys.

The investigation revealed probable cause to believe that Thornell engaged in sexual acts with the juvenile boys and also sent a self made unclothed picture of himself to the juveniles via social media.

Thornell faces possible charges of sexual misconduct with a minor and distribution of matter harmful to a minor.
