FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — Franklin police hope the public can help them put the pieces together after uncovering an extensive marijuana grow operation.

Officers patrolling neighborhoods noticed the smell of marijuana on Feb. 22, and subsequently found more than 350 marijuana plants in an old commercial building. It’s near Hurricane Road and Eastview Drive.

In addition to the plants, officers found fully processed marijuana.

Police believe the growing operation has been running since October 2012. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Franklin Police narcotics tip line at 317-346-1107
