March Against Hunger

INDIANA (WTHI) – Indiana’s Attorney General once again challenges law firms across the state to engage in a friendly competition.

Greg Zoeller stopped in what he calls his favorite Indiana food bank, the Terre Haute Catholic Charities food bank.

He’s launching his 6th annual March Against Hunger – a friendly competition for Hoosier law firms.

“So here like in every food bank in the state, there’s always an attorney who steps forward to serve in times of need,” Zoeller said.

Lawyers who raise the most food for their local food banks not only win the competition, but help needy Hoosiers in the process.

“I applaud everyone who gets involved in initiatives like this to call attention, raise awareness, and to invite everyone in our community to be a part of the solution,” John Etling – Terre Haute Catholic Charities.

The competition lasts through the end of the month.

Zoeller also encourages all Hoosiers to donate to this drive even if you are not a part of a law firm. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
