No new leads in home invasion suspects

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Sheriff’s investigators refuse to get discouraged by a lack of leads in this week’s frightening, overnight home invasion.

Chief Deputy Clark Cottom told News 10 they are checking out every tip callers phone-in — but so far, no arrests have been made.

You’ll recall a boyfriend and girlfriend were victims of a home invasion while they slept this past Monday night into Tuesday morning.

STORY | Home invasion remains unsolved

The male victim claims he was pistol-whipped by the two male intruders then, robbed of hundreds in cash and a lap-top.

Sheriff’s investigators still welcome clues from the public.

And remember, the two intruders’ get-away car should be bearing a broken rear, passenger-side window from a gunshot blast — or at least some door panel damage.
