CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A fourth grade student at Forest Park Elementary has been suspended after bringing a pellet gun to school on Monday.

Clay Community school officials say the student had the weapon hidden throughout the day. It wasn’t until the bus ride home that the child revealed the gun to another student.

The air soft pellet gun was confiscated and the student was suspended.

No one was injured.
