‘Voice of McDonald’s’ could be from Wabash Valley


LAWRENCEVILLE, Ill. (WTHI) – We’ve told you about Ashlae Nelms, the young lady from Lawrenceville, Ill. who’s competing to be the next voice of McDonald’s.

Nelms is a student at Purdue but during her breaks, she works at her hometown McDonalds. Several months ago she submitted a video to be the McDonald’s voice.

She’s now one of the top 16 voices in this worldwide competition and she’s headed to the global finals in Orlando.

She’ll perform live in just a few weeks and you at home can cast your vote for the fan favorite online.
