Indiana company to expand, add up to 160 jobs

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indiana company that creates drink mixes will expand on the north side, the Indiana Economic Development Corp. announced Monday

Carmel-based Heartland Food Products Group plans to renovate a 435,000-square foot property to create new production and distribution facility. Although the facility will be on the north side, officials did not specify where specifically.

The expansion was expected to create up to 160 new jobs by 2017. The company surpassed its last jobs goal and is currently hiring.
