Three busted for meth in Bicknell

BICKNELL, Ind. (WTHI) –  A traffic stop near Bicknell, Indiana  lands three people behind bars

It happened just after 9:00 Thursday evening.

Police stopped a red Jeep on S.R. 159 just north of the city.

The driver of the Jeep told police he didn’t have any identification.

Police identified the man as John Wilkerson.

Wilkerson was wanted for failing to return to lawful detention. He was a run away from the Knox County Work Release program.

After a search, police found meth on Wilkerson and two other passengers in the car.

Police arrested Wilkerson, Kristen Cardinal, and Amber L. Cruz-Hernandez.

All three are charged with possession of meth and possession of paraphernalia.
