Renovation of Sycamore Towers

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Now that school is over, campuses empty of most of their students.

For Indiana State University that mean’s they’ll begin renovations of Sycamore Towers this month.

The Board of Trustees authorized financing for the first phase of renovation.

It’s part of an aggressive upgrade to student housing for the future. The renovation of Mills Hall is expected to cost more than $20 million.
