DAVIESS COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – More details on what happened when a Kentucky man died in a Daviess County fishing area. Here’s a look at where the Department of Natural Resources searched and found the body of Jacob Duncan. Duncan died after the boat he was in sank in the Dogwood Lake in Southern Indiana. An autopsy showed Duncan died from drowning. Toxicology reports on the 25-year-old are pending. Officials did point to alcohol as a contributing factor after their early investigation. One other man was on the boat at the time it sank. He was rescued by a nearby camper and treated at a local hospital for hypothermia.
