Next regarding the arm, look for any drift in the arm. And speech, look if they have any slurred speech or if they have some problem understanding the speech. And the most important thing is the time. You need to reach in time. Because we can give this medication within three hours after stroke. Sometimes we can extend up to 4.5 hours depending on the condition of the patient.
