Banks of the Wabash at Fairbanks Park


TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – The traditional Banks of the Wabash Festival is kicking off again right before Memorial Day Weekend at Fairbanks Park.

The festival opens Thursday and runs through the end of the month. This year marks the 41st year for the festival!

There will be live music, rides, games, food and a whole lot more at this year’s festival!

One change to note for this year would be pets are NOT allowed on park grounds during the festival.

Carnival and Festival opens at 6 p.m.

Friday, May 23
Carnival and Festival opens at 5 p.m.
“Wrist Band Night”
$22 per person-Ride all evening for one price

Saturday, May 24
Carnival opens at 1 p.m. and Festival opens at 4 p.m.
11 tickets for $25 or $1.25 each
Rides take 2 or more tickets

Sunday, May 25
Carnival and Festival opens at 4 p.m.
“Wrist Band Day”
$22 per person-Ride all day for one price

Monday, May 26
Carnival opens at 2 p.m. and Festival opens at 4 p.m.
“Wrist Band Day”
$22 per person-Ride all day for one price

This is also the Memorial Day Jam (Free concert at Fairbanks Park Pavilion)

4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Abbi Scott will perform from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
