Terre Haute man sentenced on two separate cases

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – A Terre Haute man heads to prison after he’s sentenced on two separate cases.

In Alex Aztor’s most recent case, he pleaded guilty to sexual battery and will spend one year in prison followed by two years probation.

He had been charged with child molesting.

Aztor was already sentenced to three years home detention for an incident back in 2008. That’s when he was accused of attacking police and a family member with a meat cleaver.

He’s also accused of setting himself on fire back in 2012.
