VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A Terre Haute woman faces charges after a Wednesday afternoon Crash.
Just before 5:00 p.m., deputies from the Sullivan County and Vigo County Sheriff’s Offices responded to the crash.
They found the vehicle overturned on it’s side.
The vehicle had flipped after striking a guard rail in the south bound lanes of U.S. Highway 41, just north of State Road 246.
The driver of the vehicle, Jennifer Mize of Terre Haute, climbed out of the vehicle once it came to rest.
Mize told deputies she did not have a drivers license, and admitted that the vehicle had false and fictitious registration.
Deputies say Mize failed field sobriety tests, and admitted to consuming alcohol.
Mize tested .22% Blood Alcohol Content.
She faces charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and operating without ever receiving a license.
She was ticketed for False/fictitious registration.
