KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A man is in jail after being arrested for drivng more than 100 m.p.h Sunday.
Police in Knox County arrested Jeremy Spivey, 28, on a charge of driving under the influence.
Officers say they clocked the 2006 Ford truck doing 101 m.p.h. and saw it swerving between the lanes.
The vehicle was stopped on Strawberry Hall Road near U.S. 50.
The officer approached the truck and noticed a smell of alcohol coming from the car.
Upon further investigation it was determined that Spivey was under the influence and had a blood alcohol content level of .32%.
Spivey is currently being held in the Knox County jail on bond.
