Around 2 a.m. Wednesday multiple agencies responded to 707 Durbin Street in Bicknell. Officials report Paul Ryan Russell, 33 of Bruceville, was standing near Durbin and Cherry Streets in Bicknell when he noticed Todd Godare, 48 of Bicknell, walking towards him.
