VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – Kyle Pendergast’s bond was reduced and then posted after his involvement in a fatal crash.
Police say he drove drunk and wound up crashing his vehicle in Vigo County. Alyssa Hogue, 19, was one of the people in that vehicle who ended up dying from injuries.
Earlier today a judge reduced Pendergast’s bond from $100,000 to $25,000. But, these changes came with several conditions.
Since he posts bond he will be electronically monitored and not allowed to drive a vehicle.
Pendergast is formally charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing death and his trial date is Oct. 7.
