Grant allows homework help to continue


TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Homework help will continue for Indiana middle and high school students thanks to a new grant.

A $2.4 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. will allow Rose-Hulman’s Homework Hotline to continue the service until June of 2017.

The hotline focuses on tutoring students in grades 6-12 in math and science, also helping develop better problem-solving skills.

Rose-Hulman students are from 7:00p.m through 10:00p.m. Sundays through Thursdays all school year, except for holiday breaks.
