ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTHI) – A woman accused of taking dues for the Indiana State Teachers’ Association has a firm trial date and a deadline for a plea agreement.

Melissa McMullen appeared in Parke County court Thursday afternoon.  The judge set a November 18th trial date.  Both sides have until a pretrial conference October 23rd to negotiate a plea agreement.  The judge said he won’t accept a plea agreement after that date.
