Crosley Radio Players hold weekend benefit at the Wabash Activity Center

TERRE HAUTE, Ind (WTHI) – The Crosley Radio Players held a benefit at the Wabash Activity Center

The center is trying to step away from its former title of Wabash Senior Center.

Event organizers hoped this would serve as a way for them to highlight everything they have at their facility their many classes and trips.

“We want to draw the public in here and have them know what we have going on here and that it’s not just senior activities it’s adults of all ages because we have a variety of activities and a lot of new activities every month.” said Tami Chrisman, the Executive Director for the Wabash Activity Center.

The center officials say they have everything from belly dancing to sewing classes. They say people are usually surprised by all they have to offer.
