ISU fraternity celebrates opening of multi-million dollar house

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – The Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at Indiana State University officially celebrates the opening of their new house.

A dedication ceremony was held Saturday morning at the house.

The $2.3 million fraternity house is located on the corner of 7th and Locust Street. The house has a residential building and an education center.

The education center is also open for ISU to rent out for use.

The state of the art facility also has a library and study rooms. The fraternity has plans in the future to build on even more to the new house.

Fraternity officials thank the university and the more than 200 donors that made it all possible.
