Notre Dame makes no excuses for second loss

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WTHI) — After losing a second game just three weeks into the college football season, Notre Dame isn’t making any excuses.

The 18th-ranked Irish couldn’t complete a comeback against No. 12 Michigan State, falling to the Spartans 36-28. Issues on defense and bad turnovers plagued the Fighting Irish throughout Saturday’s game.

Torii Hunter Jr. and DeShone Kizer said there’s no one for Notre Dame to blame but themselves.
