TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – The suspect in Tuesday’s police standoff in Terre Haute was in court on Wednesday.
Frank Porter was scheduled for several different appearances.
On Tuesday, police were trying to arrest Porter on warrants. One of the warrants landed Porter a Jan. 26 date for a jury trial.
The second of the hearings was a probation violation and as a result, Porter is being held without bond.
He’ll be back in court on Tuesday and again on Oct. 18.
There’s no word yet if porter will face additional charges for yesterday’s standoff.
