VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – Multiple police agencies are still looking for a male suspect after an extensive search Thursday evening in southern Vigo County near Pimento.

Indiana State Police reported they saw a man on a motorcycle run a stop sign at Pimento Circle at U.S. Highway 41 on Thursday afternoon.

The motorcycle was not registered properly and had been reported stolen in June from the Vigo County Harley Davidson. ISP also reports that the male suspect had several warrants for his arrest.

After hours of searching on foot with K9’s and in the air with a drone and a small plane, officials were not able to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male, mid to late 30’s with a possible goatee. He has short brown hair and a tattoo on his back.

If you have any information, you are asked to contact police right away.

ISP did state that there were two motorcycles reported stolen from Vigo County Harley Davidson in June, and as of last night they had recovered both of them.
