TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – It was a step back in time at Collett Park.

That’s because of Old Fashion Day.

There were a lot of unique things to see at the event.

That’s where News 10 ran into Arley Price.

He has been the master of ceremonies for Old Fashion Day for the last 28 years.

Its clear music has a large piece of Price’s heart.

He says, “It’s been very rewarding. I’ve been playing music for about 56 years, and I still come here every year to do the festival, and I usually do the emcee work with it too.”

Price was one of the founders of the Wabash Valley Musicians Hall of Fame.

He also toured with the US with his band of Terre Haute natives called the Five Chords.
