CLAY COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – The road closure on State Road 42 in Clay County that was supposed to start on Monday has been pushed back to Wednesday.
That is according to the Indiana Department of Transportation.
No reason for the delay was given.
The closure is taking place so that INDOT crews can demolish the abandoned bridge located west of State Road 59.
Expect detours starting on Wednesday.
Drivers can follow State Road 46 to Interstate 70, to State Road 59 and back.
