This years World Series is a little extra special for former Terre Haute North and Indiana State standout Brian Dorsett. The catcher is the only Terre Haute native to have played for both the Indians and Cubs.

In 1987 Dorsett made his MLB debut with Cleveland and then wrapped up his eight year pro career with Chicago in 1996. Dorsett said the Indians and Cubs both have special organizations and fans who deserve a World Series title.
