TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Throughout the early morning, detectives have continued to locate and conduct interviews with people possibly involved in the murder of Matt Luecking.
Detectives have now arrested Benjamin J. Selig, 28 of Rockville, on a preliminary charge of assisting a criminal as a level 5 felony.
Detectives also arrested Kathleen E. Featherstone, 25 of Terre Haute, for felony murder, robbery and burglary.
These arrests are in addition to Monday’s arrest of 24 year old John Collins. The investigation is still on-going and additional arrests are possible.
A Terre Haute man was found dead inside his east side apartment.
On Monday morning, police were asked to make a well-being check to Matt Luecking’s apartment at the Village Quarter Apartment complex.
Once entering the apartment, they found Luecking dead in his bedroom.

Officers noticed his vehicle was missing from the parking lot.
Later Monday, the loss prevention department at the Clinton Wal-Mart contacted police after someone allegedly tried to use Luecking’s bank card and ID to buy something from the store.
Police were able to track down the license plate of the vehicle the suspects were in to a Parke County address. At around 6:45 Monday evening, police found two men loading things into Luecking’s vehicle at a home on Walker Ramp Road in Parke County.
That is where police arrested John Collins.

Collins has been charged with Luecking’s murder.
According to police, they feel this was an isolated incident. An autopsy is scheduled for Luecking at a later time.
