TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – A conference at Indiana State University is focusing on balancing work with your everyday life.
The 5th annual Work-Life Integration Conference is being held at the Cunningham Memorial Library.
Sessions are open to students, staff and the community.
The keynote speaker this year is Dr. Lonnie Golden, a professor of economics from Penn State University.
Attendees will learn ways to juggle work and life while also taking a look at the economic impact.
“The goal is for people to be more productive at work because they don’t have to be worrying about what’s happening with family members outside of work,” explained Debra Israel, associate professor of
Economics and Gender Studies.
The conference continues through Thursday. Check out this link for a full schedule of events.
