VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – One of the four suspects arrested in connection to the death of local radio personality, Matt Leucking, has officially been brought back from Illinois and booked into the Vigo County Jail.

Donald Featherstone was named the fourth suspect involved in Luecking’s death at the end of October.

Featherstone was located outside of the Chicago area, where he was hospitalized with self-inflicted wounds. Extradition laws kept Featherstone in Illinois until he either waived extradition or until there was a court order.

It wasn’t until Monday that Featherstone waived his rights. He was officially booked into the Vigo County Jail at 5:56 p.m. on Nov. 7.

He is facing charges of murder, burglary of a dwelling that results in serious bodily injury and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. He is being held on no bond.

Featherstone is scheduled to make his first court appearance on Wednesday in Division 6.
