Major work added to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology’s Student Union


VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A major piece into place this morning for an expansion on the campus of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute.

Contractors added the final steel beam for the addition to Rose-Hulman’s Student Union.

Students, faculty and staff signed the beam before workers placed it. The project adds 19,000 square feet and remodeled space to the center.

The $25 million project is scheduled to be completed in September 2018.
