WABASH VALLEY, Ind. (WTHI) – Indiana State Parks are taking Black Friday outdoors.

That’s with their #OptOutside campaign.

It’s a movement to get people to enjoy nature instead of being inside chasing deals.

So, the day after Thanksgiving…you can get into Indiana State Parks for free.

Social media plays a role as well, and you could win prizes!

All you have to do is take a selfie at a recognizable location at the park you visit, then post on that park’s social page with #OptOutside or #OptOutsideIN.
